Giving You The Key To Unlock Change And Opportunity.

I help entrepreneurs, the entrepreneurially minded and / or organisations needing a splash of entrepreneurial energy - unlock opportunities in their lives and business.

I help create, launch and change things.

How to unlock opportunities?

By looking for blind spots.

By pointing to unqualified assumptions.

By challenging.

By asking questions.

By shifting perspectives. The lens we see through is all important. Is it rosy? Is it shitty?

Shake the bottle.

Having asked the questions to re-frame perspective, what then?

Donald Trump is an idea. An idea which exists in people’s heads (ok, he’s real too. I get it). But Donald Trump ‘the idea’ is what voters buy.

This is true for everything we buy. We buy ideas, stories.

The goal for every seller* is to own a little piece of mental, emotional real estate which exists in a buyers mind.

(And given we’re occupying their minds, make it worthwhile. Please.)

The extent to which you understand why people buy, determines the success of what you do.

The story of what you do must resonate with what I want. This is a dance. And is achieved iteratively.

Understand the story, craft it, shape it, over and over, iteratively, with the people who might buy it.

There is a stream, a river of opportunity, available for most products, services, ideas, businesses, assertions - whatever. The challenge is seeing it. And stepping into it.

* A note.

I talk about selling and buying.

Selling and buying takes many forms.

Yes, I can sell you something in exchange for money.

But, equally, we sell and buy all the time.

To my five year old. Please get dressed. No, please. Get dressed. Please.

To my colleagues. This new venture makes sense for our business.

To society at large. These behaviours might not be in our long term interest.

These are all sales conundrums addressed more or less successfully.

Create, launch and change things.

Unlock opportunities in your life and business.

Oh. And keep references wide. This is the story of the talk I gave to a room of post grad students last week.

Go broad.

This is where insight comes from.

And aim high.
