Taking The Metaphorical Hedge Strimmer To Life and Work.
This week cut the amount of work you do by 80%.
Focus only on the 20% - those top, say, three tasks which will have the biggest impact on what you do.
Take your time. Do the tasks without distraction. And when you’re done, leave. Take a break. Shut down. Switch off.
Woody Allen (are we allowed to mention him these days) works three hours a day, every day. No more. And he’s produced a library of hits, of successes.
Most of the work most people do (not doctors and other life savers, thanks to you!, but the rest of us) is noise.
Cut the noise and do the do.
