Ben is joined in this episode by Haemin Sunim, a Buddhist monk from South Korea. He has written several books and is known for his simple and evocative writing style. Haemin's work focuses on mindfulness, healing, and finding peace in our lives.

He combines Buddhist teachings with practical advice to help people navigate challenges and cultivate compassion and gratitude. In addition to writing, Haemin runs the School for Broken Hearts, where he invites people facing difficulties to have open-hearted conversations and learn from one another.
